Unionism is brand new in the world; therefore, doubts will arise on our spiritual path, and it’s safe to explore them. As we apply the Mirror Exercise on a daily basis, we start to build confidence within ourselves, and as our self-confidence in ourselves grows, so does our faith in the process.
Faith in ourselves, in God, and in the path we’re walking grows naturally as we meet challenges with honesty and courage. Every time we choose to face a feeling and release an upset, it’s a victory. Our natural state is peace, love, joy, and happiness.
