Terms and Conditions
In using this website or attending any Church Of Union events you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Patron”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Church Of Union terms and conditions. “The Church”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to the Church Of Union. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Patron and ourselves, or either the Patron or ourselves.
Confidentiality
Patron records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our co-host organizations and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.
Refund + Deposit Policy
We will not refund any for cancellation or “no shows”.
Termination of Agreement
The Church Of Union provides the community a service of connecting Patrons with events. The Church Of Union is not legally liable for any issues or occurrences at our partner events. We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time and are not responsible if our partners cancel an event without notice.

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to the Church’s services and the full content of this website.
Communication
We have several different e-mail addresses for different queries. All official Church Or Union correspondence will arrive from a @unionism.org email.
This Church is registered in Traverse City, Michigan as 501c3 non-profit organization.
Waiver
Attendance at any activity signifies agreement to:
THE CHURCH OF UNION Activity Waiver
I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in this event.
I certify that I am physically fit for participation in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
I agree to abide by any decision of the organizers and event hosts to any aspect of my participation in this event, including their right to suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever.
I acknowledge that this Waiver and Release of Liability form will be used by The Church Of Union, events hosts and the sponsors of the event in which I may participate and it will govern my actions and responsibilities at aid event.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable by a trained medical professional in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.
I understand that at this event or related activities I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns.
This waiver shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law.
General
By accessing this website and attending events you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the Church.
Notification of Changes
The Church reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site, services, and event will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our Event Page. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Patron and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
