Our relationship with our physical body is a dimension of our lives that we can heal with the Teachings of Union and the Mirror Exercise. There are many programs currently in the world created to help us transform our relationship with our body, but they are actually missing the point of providing the core healing to help us reconnect with our Divine self. We need to heal what we used to think is good for our body, according to changing society standards, to finally listen to our own body and allow ourselves to be nourished and supported in order to enjoy life.
